Breakdown is at 3 p.m., although you are welcome to stay as long as the crowds are still around.

FEES:

Paid by Feb. 17 - $120 single, $220 double | Food Trucks: $250

Paid by March 17, $130 single, $230 double | Food Trucks: $260

Paid after March 18, $150 single. no doubles | Food Trucks: $270

Electricity is $25 and very limited.

LAVENDER FESTIVAL IS AN HERB FAIR

We focus on health and gardening as well as the culinary, medicinal, decorative, and personal care uses of Lavender and other herbs. In addition, we like to offer the fair goers high quality arts and crafts, delicious breakfast, snacks, and lunch. We want all our vendors to do well, so we limit the number of like vendors. Last year, the festival had 11,000 participants, with about 150 vendors. If you are new to Lavender Festival or want to sell different merchandise than in previous years, please upload photographs of your product for committee approval. All art and craft items must be handmade by you (with a very few exceptions ) and pre-approved. 

Look Festive!

Each participant needs to have a canopy to help make the square look festive, as well as to provide shade and/or protection in case of rain. Weights and sides are helpful but not required. Spaces are 10’ x 10’. (10’ x 20’ also available.)  You provide whatever tables or displays you need. The look we are going for is festive, yet refined…natural, peaceful, herbal. Festival colors are lavender and sage green. We have overnight security, so you should feel comfortable setting up your booth on Friday.

Drinks & Food (Please Read!)

Water will be served free to festival goers and vendors at the information tent near the garden and the water booth on Broadway in front of the Farmers Market. No vendors may sell bottled water, soft drinks or energy drinks, in keeping with our emphasis on health. Healthy drinks such as tea or juices are OK. Mobile food vendors must have healthy options to be considered.

Registration

You will be notified by email when your submission is received. You will also be notified by email once you have been accepted, declined, or wait listed. If you are accepted you will receive an invoice and instructions for paying online Set up information will be sent at a later time.

Cancellation Policy

If you find it necessary to cancel before April 15th we will refund your fee minus a $10 administration charge , before May 15th we will refund our fee minus a $50 administration fee. No refund after May 15th . Possible exceptions will be considered, of course, but please make sure you are available before applying.
